  • Drafted step-by-step processes in-game engine to properly convey tutorials and learning modules for real-world applicability

  • Produced documentation for storyboard and component elements to create a clear and streamlined roadmap for in-engine development

  • Performed on-site visitations nationwide to capture accurate data for module application

  • Engaged in user feedback and test sessions to ensure high-quality and accurate instructional courses for operations
